• Non-Refundable Policy: All services, tests, and packages offered by B Nutritional Therapist limited are non-refundable. Once a service, consultation, or test has been booked or initiated, no refunds will be issued, regardless of any changes in circumstances or personal preferences.

• In the case of an unforeseen circumstance, rescheduling may be available at our discretion if notified in advance.

4. Health Tests and Reports

• Functional medicine tests (including but not limited to Metabolomix,  comprehensive stool analysis, and blood sugar monitoring) are provided to offer additional insights into your health. Test results are interpreted by B Nutritional therapist limited and discussed as part of the consultation.

• The client assumes responsibility for following test instructions carefully and submitting samples promptly to avoid delays.
